PhD in in the field of sociology (Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Philosophy).
From 2011 to 2013, assistant and subsequently assistant professor in the Department of European Studies at the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Economics and International Relations.
Since October 1, 2019, assistant professor in the Department of International Relations at the College of Public Economy and Administration, as well as at the interfaculty research center CASPAR (Center for Advanced Studies of Population and Religion), operating at the Cracow University of Economics since 2018.
Research interests: environmental movements in Turkey, sociology of Islam, social and cultural aspects of development, modernization processes, sustainable development, social change and social movements in the Middle East, international migration.
