Political scientist, prof. UEK, hab. doctor of social sciences in the field of political science; head of the Department of International Relations. Graduate of the Institute of Political Science at the University of Wrocław. Research interests: contemporary American political thought; religious policy in the United States; international systems of human rights protection; institutions of the European Union. From March 1, 2019 to 2023 he was a member of the Science Evaluation Commission at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and a deputy chairman of the team for lists of publishers of scientific monographs, scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences.
